1. Do I need to register to make a purchase?
No, registration in the DlaWarsztatu.pl store is not mandatory to place an order. You can make a purchase as a guest, but we encourage you to create an account. Registered customers gain access to order history, the ability to complete purchases faster, and information about promotions and new products. Additionally, in the case of returns or complaints, the process is much simplified for users with an account.
2. Do I have to pay for multiple packages when buying several items?
No, as standard, you only pay for shipping once - regardless of the number of products ordered. The shipping cost is charged as a single fee, provided that all goods can be shipped in one package. In the case of very large orders or products with non-standard dimensions (e.g. heavy machinery, long elements), it may be necessary to split the shipment into several packages. In such a case, we recommend contacting the store in advance to obtain an accurate shipping cost estimate.
3. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost depends on the type of shipment, courier company, dimensions and weight of the order. The shipping amount is calculated automatically during order processing and is visible before finalizing the purchase. This gives you full control over the shipping costs. Courier companies' price lists may change, which is why we always try to provide the best and most advantageous transport options.
4. How long is the waiting period for the purchased goods?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the moment the payment is posted. In the case of products on special order or temporarily unavailable, the delivery time may be longer - information about the expected shipping time will appear with the given product. If you want express delivery, contact us - we will check the possibility of speeding up the order.
5. After receiving the package, it turned out that the goods were damaged. What should I do?
If you notice damage to the shipment, you should contact the courier company immediately and report the damage - you have 7 days from the moment of receiving the package. The courier will prepare a damage report, which is necessary for the further complaint process. It is important that you are present when the report is being prepared and that you describe the damage in detail.
After receiving the report, send us the damaged goods along with the documentation to the store address. The courier company has 30 days to consider the report, but in case of any problems, we are at your disposal at kontakt@dlawarsztatu.pl.
6. Can I return the purchased goods?
Yes, in accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. For the return to be accepted:
- The goods must be complete, in the original, undamaged packaging,
- The product cannot bear traces of use,
- The customer bears the cost of returning the shipment.
After receiving the returned goods and verifying them, we will refund the amount within 14 working days to the bank account indicated by you. To report a return, please contact our customer service department in advance.
7. How long is the warranty for the purchased goods?
All products available in our store are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the period of which is 12 or 24 months, depending on the type of goods.
8. The equipment does not work. How can I make a complaint?
If the purchased equipment has stopped working, follow the steps below:
- Report a complaint by e-mail - provide your details, product name, purchase date and a detailed description of the fault.
- Wait for a reply message with further instructions.
- Send the product to our company address (at your own expense) along with:
- A copy of the proof of purchase,
- A description of the fault and contact details.
- Wait for verification and repair - the complained equipment is forwarded to the manufacturer to remove the fault.
- After the repair is completed, the equipment is sent back to you in full efficient.
